These terms and conditions govern participation in the BRAVES 2026 course (Brain & Spine Venous Access & Therapies), taking place June 10–12, 2026, in Bordeaux, France.

Registration
Registration to the BRAVES course is subject to availability. The number of participants is strictly limited to ensure a high-quality educational experience. Submitting a registration of interest does not constitute a confirmed registration. Confirmation will be sent by the organiser upon acceptance.
What’s included
Registration fees include: attendance to all scientific sessions, hands-on training, 3-night accommodation at the Moxy Bordeaux Hotel, daily lunches and dinners, coffee breaks, and transportation to Bordeaux (flight or train). Details are subject to change and will be communicated upon confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms will be communicated individually upon registration confirmation. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the event in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, participants will be informed as early as possible.
Intellectual property
All content presented during the BRAVES course (lectures, materials, images) is the intellectual property of the respective speakers and organisers. Recording, reproduction, or distribution of any course content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Liability
The organiser cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event. Participants are encouraged to arrange appropriate personal travel and health insurance.
Privacy
Personal data collected during registration is processed solely for the purpose of organising the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France.
