Over the past few years, endovascular practices have evolved dramatically, extending into the cerebral venous sector. Once limited to treating dural fistulas through sinus occlusion, we now have access to—and a growing understanding of—the cortical and peri-medullary venous systems.

This exciting expansion of knowledge has enabled us to address challenging conditions such as intracranial hypertension and hypotension, pulsatile tinnitus and to position endovascular therapy at the very heart of cerebral arteriovenous malformation management—where it was once considered merely an adjunct to surgery or radiosurgery.

A thorough grasp of venous anatomy is essential for designing effective strategies to manage these often complex disorders and for minimizing therapeutic risks. The challenges are many, but mastering them means safer treatments and better outcomes for our patients.

This three-day immersive course will bring together international experts who will offer an in-depth and practical learning experience covering every aspect of these pathologies—from clinical and imaging diagnosis to advanced treatment techniques.
